CABARET
Als der Schriftsteller Clifford Bradshaw nach Berlin fährt, ahnt er noch nicht, was ihn dort erwarten wird. Vor allem die Rolle von Ernst Ludwig, dem Deutschen mit dem mysteriösen Koffer, wird ihm erst später klar. Hätte er sich mit ihm angefreundet, wenn er gewusst hätte, auf welcher Seite Ernst steht? Die Welt des Cabarets fasziniert und irritiert Clifford gleichermaßen. Genauso wie die kecke Sally Bowles, die er an seinem ersten Abend im Cabaret kennen lernt und in die er sich sofort verliebt. Wird er sie vor den gefährlichen Entwicklungen in Berlin beschützen können?
In dem Erfolgsmusical von John Kander und Fred Ebb aus dem Jahr 1966 entfaltet sich dem Publikum vor dem Hintergrund des aufkeimenden Nationalsozialismus eine Geschichte über das Berlin der späten 20iger Jahre, mit allem, was dazu gehört: Liebe, Leidenschaft und einer ordentlichen Portion Humor.
